? are service-minded and have problem solving/computer skills
? are fluent in English and Thai
? are able to work in shifts

? Talking to everyone that you come into contact with and making them feel welcome
? Reception duties. Check in/out, reservations, cash reconciliations, email/phone enquiries
? Promotion and sale of in house events & travel
? Logging, reporting & attending to maintenance issues
? Interdepartmental communications
? Conflict resolution
